NRH2O’s Weather Warranty, we know that in Texas a partially cloudy forecast for the day can turn out to be mostly sunny, or a clear forecast can pop-up a quick rain shower! But in the event of inclement weather, never fear because we have our NRH2O Weather Warranty. We make your visit risk-free by assuring you that if we suspend and/or close operations due to lightning in the area during your visit up to two hours before the posted closing time, you will receive a complimentary ticket to come back later. Management reserves the right to suspend operation and/or close the park at any time and initiate the raincheck policy. All you need is your proof of admission for that day, and all members of the party must be present to receive a complimentary ticket upon exiting the park. It’s simple and risk-free.
